Warranty Questions, Answered
The product warranty (from the manufacturer) covers the materials themselves. Our labor warranty covers the quality of our installation. You're protected on both fronts.
It runs for as long as your materials were rated to last. A 30-year shingle carries a 30-year labor warranty, a 20-year shingle carries 20 years, and a product warranted for life carries a lifetime labor warranty. If your project includes more than one product, each area runs on the term of the product installed there.

Our labor warranty transfers to the new owner, prorated over 15 years from the date of installation, with no transfer fee. Manufacturer product warranties have their own transfer terms, which vary by product.
